I was really busy recently so I haven’t got a chance to listen to these albums. Finally able to squeeze out an hour today. I’m seeing another album by the Beatles. This is their fourth album on the list. My previous experience with the Beatles was really good tho. This album appears to be a double album with four discs. So let’s see.

Let’s Go…

  1. Back in the U.S.S.R- Interesting title lol. I really enjoy this. Sounds like a classic 60s rock song, and the guitar solo in the middle is lit! Back I really wonder why the Beatles said they were back in the U.S.S.R.
  2. Dear Prudence- A softer song about love I guess. Wonder who was Prudence lol.
  3. Glass Union- Great song.
  4. Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da- Super catchy melody and a dope guitar backup. The type of song that goes straight into my playlist
  5. Wild Honey Pie-
  6. The Continuing Story of Bungalow Bill- Really catchy, somehow the whistle is the highlight of the song
  7. While My Guitar Gently Weeps- Wow, such a special song! Again the guitar lights up everything. The guitar solo got such a nostalgic vibe
  8. Happiness Is a Warm Gun- So nostalgic, love these classic rock songs!
  9. Martha My Dear- Great song!
  10. I’m So Tired- Wow, this one is particularly catchy, know it will be a good song since the beginning.
  11. Blackbird- Wow, again, such a cute song! So far I’m really liking the album. The Beatles were legends. There’s a break in the middle but I thought the song ended lol. The sound of blackbird really fits with the mood of the track.
  12. Piggies- The guitar in the break is fascinating! Interesting how they really added the pig noise.
  13. Rocky Raccoon- Perfect intro with the acoustics guitar. I’m literally in love with the album. I actually hesitated before on buying it, but now I’m not regretting for paying the money at all. The song got a Bob Dylan vibe when the harmonica comes in.
  14. Don’t Pass Me By- Love it.
  15. Why Don’t We Do It in the Road- Crazy bass right there.
  16. I Will- Similar to Rocky Raccoon, love it since the guitar kicks in. This guy really got a good voice.
  17. Julia- Sweet song. I can relate…
  18. Birthday- Finally made it to the second disc. Great start for the moment. This one is different from the last few ones of the first disc, I can tell.
  19. Yer Blues- Don’t like this track as much as I like the other ones on the album
  20. Mother Nature’s Son- Back to the mode I like, which was the soft rock songs with the acoustics guitar. Well, this one is perhaps a little too soft or the melody isn’t that catchy. I still prefer the songs from disc one.
  21. Everybody’s Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey- Interesting
  22. Sexy Sadie- This is what I call perfection!
  23. Helter Skelter- Sorry but not really my type of music
  24. Long, Long, Long- What on earth is that sound near the end? Sounds super peculiar to me.
  25. Revolution 1- Smooth intro at the start. I love the message in there as well. Mentioned the Chairman Mao of China lol.
  26. Honey Pie- Light-mooded.
  27. Savoy Truffle- Sorry but not my type.
  28. Cry Baby Cry- Wow, stunning! The guitar kills everything.
  29. Revolution 9- Such a weird track. Have no idea wth is going on for the first three minutes. It is just me or the way he said “number 9” feels horrifying and frightening? And the mood of the song, okay not a song, is just dark and weird. Got a feeling that the world is about to end.
  30. Good Night- Great way to end the album, serene and tranquil.

Alright, so this is the longest album I’ve ever listened. I spent literally three days to finish it. But it is a great album, definitely worth the time and money. And Now I’m looking forward to more Beatles albums on the list.
